Launched in 2004 London Groove was set up to provide a guest list service for clients to sign up on guest lists for night clubs in London.
We now operate  a guest list service for a range of RnB and Funky House nightclubs in the West End of London including Soul Fridays at the Stanza in Shaftesbury Avenue, Soul Saturdays at the brand new Anthologist in the city plus our bar night Groove City at The Refinery on the South Bank.
We also do VIP table bookings for a handful of exclusive bars and night clubs in London including Embassy & Cafe De Paris.

Information We Collect
In order to purchase tickets or book a VIP table or seating area through London Groove you must provide your name, address, phone number and email address. You must also provide your credit card or debit card information. This required information is necessary for us to process the transaction through PayPal while at the same time protecting you against credit card fraud and also allows us to be able to contact you should the need arise.

How We Use Your Personal Information
The financial information that you provide is used by PayPal to authorise payment for table booking services and the sale of ticket. When you make a purchase through London Groove your consent is given to provide your financial or personal information to PayPal who are associated with us in order to process your transaction. This may also include the exchange of information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Please note that by accepting this Privacy Policy, you consent to your personal information being processed and stored on PayPal’s computer systems.

The only personal information stored by London Groove is your email address and phone number in order that the London Groove service can be offered as effectively as possible and also allows us to be able to contact you should the need arise.

This data may be also used for the following 2 purposes only: 

Except as explained above, we will not share your email address or phone number with any other third parties.

Information Security
London Groove is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security and for this reason we do not store any of the credit card or debit card details that you have supplied to us for the sale of tickets or deposits for VIP table / booth bookings.

Payment
Full payment must be made at the time of purchase and must be for the amount stated on the booking form. The amount stated also includes VAT at the current rate.
When making payment you must be the bill payer of whichever method of payment you choose to use or you must have the bill payer's express permission to make such payment.
When your payment has been received, we will send you your ticket details and or  confirmation of our acceptance of your booking.
This information shall be sent to the e-mail address supplied by you on the booking form.

Acceptance
We reserve the right to reject your purchase of a ticket, VIP table or booth seating area at our sole discretion and if this situation occurs we will notify you by email and a phone call on the day that you have made the purchase.

Cancellations
The law often requires that when purchasing items online, consumers have a right to cancel the contract within 7 days of entering into it. Such a right does not exist in relation to the purchase of tickets or a VIP table or booth seating area through London Groove. We will however allow a cancellation and offer a full refund less an administration cost if the request is made no later than 24 hours before the start time of the event. 

Entry Restrictions
Club nights are subject to various restrictions in relation to:

You may not be allowed entry if you arrive later than the latest entry or if the venue cites health and safety reasons for not allowing you entry.

London Groove will not be liable to you or to any third party for any costs or expenses, including for travel and accommodation, which you may incur as a result of failing to comply with the above restrictions.

In addition to the above entry is still at the club management’s discretion. It is your responsibility to ensure that when you purchase a ticket or book a VIP table or booth, you are aware of these restrictions. We will inform you of any additional restrictions.  If you are in any doubt please let us know and if we are able to we will be happy to help.

Collection Of Tickets
No tickets are actually emailed or posted to you. The tickets are available on the door in the form of an e-ticket.
For VIP tables and booth bookings the club will be sent information of your booking and will organise your table or booth with you on arrival.
