Sienna also recently revealed that when it comes to preparing her body for the beach she never feels ready to flash her flesh in a bikini.
"It's a nightmare everytime I go away. I always say I'll do some butt exercises beforehand, but I never do. Then I've always planned my wax at the wrong time. My advice is to go away on holiday with close friends who aren't going to judge your butt or anything else for that matter".
"Usually it takes a few days in the sun for me to regain my self confidence" Siennah recently told Glamour magazine: "Of course I have body worries just like anyone else but after a few days you don't care, plus it does help to get the right bikini for your shape. I like bandeau tops and bottoms that sit low on your hips, they work for me".
